Retail IncPlayer support

Privacy policy

Effective date: 16 September 2026

Retail Inc is an offline, single-player business simulation developed by Rohit Ushir. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, contact support, or visit this website.

Information in the game

Retail Inc does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal information to the developer during gameplay. The game has no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Saved progress

Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device so you can resume your game. The developer does not receive these saves automatically. Deleting the app removes its local data; device backups may retain copies according to your Apple backup settings.

Purchases and Apple services

Apple handles payment for downloading the game. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Apple may process purchase information, usage statistics, and diagnostic information under its own policies and your device settings. Apple may make sales reports and crash diagnostics available to the developer. See Apple’s privacy policy.

When you contact support

If you email rohit@hey.com, the developer receives your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send, such as screenshots or crash reports. This information is used to respond to you, investigate problems, and improve the game. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Support correspondence is processed by the email service provider and retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and related troubleshooting, or to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing the address above.

This support website

This GitHub Pages website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or cookies. GitHub may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to host and secure the website. See GitHub’s privacy statement. External websites have their own privacy policies.

Sharing and your choices

The developer does not sell personal information or use support messages for advertising. Information may be processed by service providers needed to deliver support, or disclosed where legally required. You can contact the developer to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided. Where applicable, you may also object to processing, request restriction or portability, and complain to your local data protection authority.

Children’s privacy

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children during gameplay. If a child has sent personal information through a support enquiry, a parent or guardian can contact the developer to request deletion.

Changes to this policy

This page will be updated if the game’s privacy practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
